Fluorine Specialties

Chemtura’s fluorine specialty intermediates are co-polymerized with silicone to produce fluoro-silicone materials. They are used on off-shore oil rigs, in high-technology applications such as optical fibers and computer chips, refrigerants, and as propellants in metered-dose inhalers that help asthma sufferers breathe easier.
