Fyreblocs
are low to non-dusting forms of flame retardants. These products
are cleaner, easier and safer to handle and offer an alternative
physical form to powders and liquids.
Fyrebloc® Concentrates are highly loaded flame
retardant and synergist systems dispersed in a polymer carrier and
compounded into a non-dusting pellet form. Typical loading levels
range from 60% to 90% active flame retardant.
Fyrebloc® Granules are 90% to 100% active flame
retardant and synergist systems. They utilize an active melt blendable
flame retardant and/or a small amount of low melt point wax type
binder to form a low to non-dusting granule form.
